Job Overview

We are a leading boutique newborn care and nanny business in the Boston area, seeking experienced and compassionate Postpartum Doulas to join our team of caregivers.

As a Newborn Care Specialist, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care for newborns and their families in the comfort of their home, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the baby and providing support, education, and guidance for new parents.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive estimated salary of $35,000-$45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience caring for newborns
  • Knowledge of AAP newborn care techniques and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • First Aid and CPR certification

Work Requirements:

We require our Newborn Care Specialists to be available to work overnights and a minimum of 3 overnights a week. If you're a motivated and compassionate individual who is passionate about newborn care, please submit your resume and cover letter.
