Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service:
    • Provide personalized assistance to customers, helping them find products and solutions to meet their needs.
    • Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to company standards.
    • Engage customers in our rewards program, complete enrollments, and educate them on our Voice of Customer survey.
  • Merchandise and Recovery:
    • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes to maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
    • Complete merchandise recovery and maintenance tasks, including returns and go-backs, to ensure a well-merchandised store.
  • Omni-Channel and Store Operations:
    • Support Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
    • Participate in Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
  • Store Standards and Compliance:
    • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
    • Execute company policies and standards, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
