About the Role

A HOA Relationship Manager IV is responsible for developing, advising, managing, and retaining Private and Professional Banking client relationships.

Wealth management services offered to these clients include deposit, cash management, credit, investment management, and trust services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these services and be able to provide expert advice to clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for business development of client relationships, advising clients on wealth management and implementation strategies, managing and reviewing client relationships on an ongoing basis, and demonstrating compliance with all bank regulations.

The role requires a proactive and client-focused individual with a strong understanding of bank products and services. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About You

We are seeking a highly experienced Private Banking/Commercial Banking professional with a minimum of 9 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit structures, be proactive, and focused on client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently, provide client solutions, and have a working knowledge of bank products and services. They will also be proficient in prospecting, building, and managing client relationships.

Workstyle

This role is fully onsite and requires a strong commitment to working with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $97,000 to $139,934.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent on a variety of non-discriminatory factors.

The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
