About the Role

A Private/Healthcare Relationship Manager IV is responsible for developing, advising, and managing client relationships in the private and professional banking sectors. This role involves providing wealth management services, including deposit, cash management, credit, investment management, and trust services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business development and relationship management
  • Advising clients on wealth management strategies and implementation
  • Managing and reviewing client relationships on an ongoing basis
  • Demonstrating expertise in wealth management services, including consumer and commercial credit structures and solutions, financial planning, deposit solutions, investment management solutions, and trust solutions
  • Compliance with bank regulations and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training others as needed
  • Embodying the Umpqua corporate culture and values
About You
  • Bachelor's degree, preferred
  • Certified Financial Planner designation, preferred
  • 9 years of Private Banking/Commercial Banking experience, required
  • Proactive and results-driven individual
  • Strong knowledge of credit structures and financial planning
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Workstyle

This role is fully onsite, and we offer a competitive total rewards package, including base wages and comprehensive benefits. The pay range for this role is $97,000 - $139,934.00, and the pay rate for the selected candidate will be dependent on various factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
