Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Actriv Healthcare. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the healthcare industry.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Screen applications and select qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring materials.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
