Insurance Business Development Representative

Job Description: As an Insurance Account Representative, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. You will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.

Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to customers
- Property & Casualty license required
