Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our Consumer team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing day-to-day client engagements, managing analyst resources, and creating and reviewing financial models and marketing materials.
Key Responsibilities- Execute client engagements with precision and attention to detail
- Manage and develop analyst resources to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and refine financial models and related analysis to inform client decisions
- Collaborate with senior bankers to create compelling marketing materials and presentations
- Coordinate and attend investor meetings for private placement clients
- Lead due diligence efforts, working closely with management teams and investor groups
- Conduct extensive company and industry analyses to identify trends and opportunities
- Partner with senior bankers to support business development efforts, including pitch books and target identification
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Approximately 3-5 years of middle market investment banking experience
- Experience in the Retail, Consumer, and Wellness sectors is a plus
- Ability to work out of our Seattle office
- Proven track record of managing and developing investment banking analysts
- Strong financial modeling, finance, and accounting skills
- Critical thinking and market orientation
- Outstanding quantitative and technical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a strong client management focus
- Self-motivated and proactive work habits
- FINRA Series 79 and 63
- BA/BS degree with demonstrated academic excellence

The base salary range for this job is $125,000-$150,000. In addition to the base salary, we provide an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and firm performance. Cascadia Corporation also offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, vision, dental, caregiver leave, life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability, employee assistance, and retirement savings.
