Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales to potential clients
- Engage with members to promote retention and satisfaction
- Follow up with leads through calls and texts to arrange studio visits
- Facilitate onboarding for new prospects, offering orientation and addressing inquiries
- Participate in lead generation initiatives
- Contribute to studio events and promotional activities
- Ensure the studio environment is clean and welcoming
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential; some shifts may require morning or evening availability.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a vibrant, friendly, and collaborative demeanor; frequent interaction with members and prospects is essential.
- A passion for fitness and wellness is preferred (experience in the fitness sector is advantageous).
- Self-motivated with strong initiative.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is required; bilingual candidates are a plus.
- Must be adaptable with scheduling, including some morning and evening shifts.
