Rehabilitation Therapist

Patton State Hospital, Human Resources Department is seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Therapist - Occupational to join our team. As a key member of our rehabilitation therapy service, you will work under the administrative supervision of the Program Assistant and under the general lead and clinical direction of the Chief, Rehabilitation Therapy Service.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement rehabilitation plans for patients with mental, physical, developmental, and/or geriatric disabilities.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients, including activities of daily living, cognitive training, and adaptive equipment training.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California.
- Experience working with patients with mental, physical, developmental, and/or geriatric disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
