What We Offer:
- Access to over 7 residential buyer leads weekly, with additional options for higher volume.
- Receive approximately 12 seller leads each week to enhance your sales opportunities.
- Optional commercial real estate leads available to diversify your portfolio.
- Gain access to 510+ apartment renter leads weekly, expanding your client base.
Compensation:
Our commission structure is designed to reward your hard work. Agents enjoy a 50/50 split on provided leads, with a generous 75% split on personal leads for the first three years, transitioning to a 100% split thereafter, subject to a yearly cap.
Experience Level:
We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, including those with less than one year in the industry.
Work Schedule:
Our agents typically work Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
Requirements:
- A valid New York Real Estate License is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for real estate.
