Job DescriptionAs a Customer Support Specialist, you'll work closely with car dealerships from across the U.S. to support our unique business solutions. You'll receive inbound phone calls and emails from customers and help answer their questions and solve challenges they may have.
Responsibilities- Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries by using all available resources, including Salesforce and internal ACV tools.
- Document activities, strategies, and efforts within Salesforce.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers to ensure consistent repeat business.
- 2 years' administrative or customer service experience.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Experience supporting customers (customer service/retail) is a plus.
- Fluent Spanish is a plus.
