Business Development Representative

At Hireverse, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement account growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to secure new business and expand existing relationships
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
