Territory Manager

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager - Inside Sales & Business Development to support our sales teams in Allentown, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:- Research and analyze market intelligence information to enhance sales success with potential clients
- Qualify prospective leads and prepare analysis, agendas, and content to assist sales teams in exploring client needs
- Process quotes, maintain and analyze won/lost information, and provide support for ongoing customers
- Facilitate no-charge orders, process credit memos, and resolve problems related to product shipments and warranties
- Work under general supervision, applying diversified procedures and standards, and complete non-routine assignments
- High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year technical degree preferred
- 2 years of industry experience preferred; prior sales experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and work under pressure
Linde's industrial gases are used in various applications, from life-saving oxygen for hospitals to high-purity and specialty gases for electronics manufacturing. The company serves a variety of end markets, including chemicals and refining, food and beverage, electronics, healthcare, manufacturing, and primary metals.
