Qualifications:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in electrical estimation, with a proven track record of estimating complex projects valued at $5,000,000 and above.
  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with estimating software and Microsoft Office, along with a strong grasp of cost estimation techniques and construction methods.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
  • Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team and manage relationships with clients and subcontractors.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
