Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met, and stakeholders are satisfied.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with operations managers, superintendents, and foremen to plan, organize, and execute projects.
  • Manage and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Prepare and present project reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or business.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
