Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Tech M USAAvance Consulting. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of engineering projects from development to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of engineering projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including technical leads and individual contributors, to achieve project objectives.
  • Strategic Direction: Provide strategic guidance to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Customer Interaction and Contract Management: Collaborate with the program manager to manage customer interactions, including negotiations, and ensure effective project scope and cost management.
  • Financial and Operational Management: Oversee the financial and operational aspects of projects, delegating tasks as needed to ensure efficient project management.
  • Decision Making: Make informed decisions, leveraging a broad range of sources, and influence others with complex ideas.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in engineering project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
