Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize computer systems and telecommunication devices to gather patient information in a dynamic setting. You will be required to manage multiple digital platforms simultaneously, ensuring accurate data entry during physician and nursing check-ins.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients who may be experiencing anxiety or distress. Your role is not merely transactional; it involves actively listening and responding to their needs to foster a sense of trust and reassurance.
  • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, often requiring you to be on your feet while assisting patients with their registration. Although the information collection process may seem straightforward, variations in health insurance plans and coverage necessitate thorough training and quick thinking.

Qualifications:
