We are seeking a skilled Foreperson to oversee and direct on-site operations, ensuring that projects are executed safely, punctually, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. While prior experience with mechanical parking structures is not mandatory, relevant background will contribute to your success in this role.


The ideal candidate will be adept at collaborating with various subcontractors on construction sites. Strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems in real-time are crucial. A friendly attitude towards all clients is essential for this position.


This role requires on-site presence and travel to various project locations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the on-site workforce
  • Coordinate and supervise all activities on site
  • Ensure adherence to schedules and budgets
  • Maintain quality assurance standards
  • Monitor on-site safety compliance, cleanliness, and organization
  • Communicate with inspection authorities regarding site inspections
  • Provide technical guidance, interpret plans, and recommend construction methods and equipment as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with project procedures and safety protocols among all on-site personnel
  • Verify availability of materials, labor, and resources required for project support
  • Coordinate daily and weekly work plans for field personnel
  • Understand the components of semi and fully-automated parking systems
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and install parking system components
  • Conduct tests to confirm proper functionality of all components
  • Perform maintenance and customer support when not engaged in active projects, documenting as necessary
  • Diagnose issues, devise solutions, and order parts as needed
  • May involve managing direct reports
  • On-call work on-site may be required
  • Frequent travel to job sites is necessary
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreperson, Superintendent, or in a related position
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple project assignments independently
  • Reliable, diligent, self-motivated individual
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and diagrams (i.e., Construction Design Documents and Specifications)
  • Flexible with working hours and capable of adapting to changing schedules (may require on-call availability)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills
  • Working knowledge of relevant equipment is highly encouraged
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting heavy equipment, prolonged standing, and working in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards
  • Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are a plus
