Rare Disease Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Account Manager to join our team in the Oncology Division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our rare disease portfolio and establishing partnerships with healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical sales, with experience in rare diseases and/or oncology. You will be expected to build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders, leverage customer insights to develop strategies, and drive sales growth within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of relevant disease states, our products, and the competitive landscape
- Build productive relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other stakeholders through effective territory management and precise execution
- Analyze sales reports and develop territory business plans to increase sales and achieve revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years' pharmaceutical experience, preferably in rare diseases and/or oncology
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or Medicine; coursework in related fields is a plus
- Strong track record of sales success in pharmaceuticals and/or biotechnology industries
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
