  • Our unique lead generation system has been in place for over 16 years, ensuring that our agents are consistently booked with high-quality buyer and seller clients. One of our agents recently achieved a remarkable $22 million sale through our leads.

Agent Benefits:

  • Approximately 7+ residential buyer leads weekly.
  • Approximately 12+ residential seller leads weekly.
  • Approximately 2+ commercial real estate leads weekly, primarily focusing on leasing opportunities.
  • Approximately 2+ apartment landlords seeking to list their rentals each week, along with access to a substantial number of renter leads.

Compensation Structure:

  • Full-time position with a competitive pay range of $75,000 to $268,507 annually.
  • Commission structure includes a 50/50 split for clients provided by the company, with a 75% split for agents' own leads during the first three years, transitioning to a 100% split with a yearly cap of $5,000 thereafter.
  • No desk fees or transaction fees are applicable.

Experience Level:

  • Open to candidates with less than one year of experience.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed.
