Trust and Estates Associate Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Trust and Estates Associate Attorney to join our team at GPAC, a leading search firm specializing in placing quality professionals within multiple industries across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on trust and estates administration, estate planning, probate, gift tax, asset protection, succession planning, and federal estate tax returns.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Requirements:
  • 4 years of experience in trust, estates, and probate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a positive and collaborative manner.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex client matters.
  • Strong academic background preferred.
  • Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path.
  • Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
  • Must have a portable book of business.
