We are thrilled to announce an exciting job opportunity for a Sales Professional - Customer Engagement Expert. This position is based in our Redmond office and requires in-person engagement. We offer a vibrant working environment where you will be instrumental in driving sales and enhancing brand value through direct customer interaction and strategic sales tactics.
About the RoleThe Sales Professional - Customer Engagement Expert will provide exceptional customer service, engage directly with customers at retail locations, and promote AT&T products and service offerings. You will also implement strategic marketing campaigns that effectively introduce new products and promotions to the audience, drive sales targets by demonstrating product benefits and value to potential customers, and coordinate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and implement feedback.
Key Responsibilities- Engage directly with customers at retail locations to represent AT&T and promote its products and service offerings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a memorable brand experience and foster customer loyalty.
- Implement strategic marketing campaigns that effectively introduce new products and promotions to the audience.
- Drive sales targets by effectively demonstrating product benefits and value to potential customers.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies and implement feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
