CycleBar of United Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as a Membership Sales Representative. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales growth.
Job SummaryThe Membership Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering the CycleBar experience, driving sales, and assisting the General Member in generating new leads and selling memberships.
Key Responsibilities- Provide top-notch service to all riders, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Execute the sales and hospitality process for first-time riders, including follow-up and closing.
- Maintain a high level of personal sales production, meeting or exceeding targets.
- Collaborate with studio management and franchise owners to achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Participate in special events, such as health fairs, grand openings, and community events, to promote the club.
- Assume responsibility for developing and refining sales skills, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Genuine hospitality and passion for people, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to learn and effectively use the Club Ready software system.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including holidays, early mornings, and weekends.
- Ride for free at any time a bike is available.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
