Job Description

The Client Partner (Sales) role at YD Talent Solutions is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive new business development and nurture strategic customer relationships in the Seattle Market.

About the Role

This is a unique chance to be part of a high-performing sales team that is redefining its services growth strategies. As a Client Partner, you will work closely with senior leadership to execute on Sonata's account growth strategy and sell company portfolio services such as digital transformation, ERP, data and AI, platform engineering, infrastructure management services, and customer service and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Identify and develop strategic client relationships, grow existing accounts, and expand into new markets.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet individual client needs, leveraging deep industry knowledge and technical expertise.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Sell multiple $3-5M annual contract value transformation deals and demonstrate business value through consultative selling.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 15+ years of IT services (new business development) sales experience in Seattle Market.
  • Educational Background: Preferably MBA or equivalent.
  • Skills: Consultative sales capability, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with CXO levels, thought leadership, and industry knowledge.
Benefits
