Salary: $72,800 - $93,600 per annum
About the Role:
This Registered Nurse position involves providing compassionate care to patients with mental health, behavioral health, and addiction challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background and excellent communication skills to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized patient care under the guidance of the Clinical Coordinator and/or Nursing Unit Director.
- Develop and implement comprehensive nursing plans aligned with our patient-centered philosophy.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.
- Pursue ongoing education and professional development to maintain high standards of care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate degree in Nursing (RN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN) preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and decisive judgment skills.
- The ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Licenses and Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the State of Georgia or multi-state/compact RN license.
- BLS certification required; Handle with Care or CPI certification within 90 days of hire preferred; ACLS certification also desirable.
