We are looking for experienced LPNs who can provide high-quality nursing care to our patients under the direction of a registered nurse. If you have at least 1.5 years of bedside nursing experience in behavioral health, we encourage you to apply.

Job Summary:

Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will be responsible for providing patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures. This role requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with departmental and hospital policies
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a Practical Nursing Program
  • At least 1.5 years of bedside nursing experience in behavioral health
  • Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
