We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist to join our team at Kaleidoscope Education Solutions. If you have a passion for teaching and working with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, we want to hear from you

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of students in the Phoenix Metro area. As a Deaf and Hard of Hearing Specialist, you will work one-on-one with students who are deaf or hard of hearing, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their academic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct support and instruction to students who are deaf or hard of hearing
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about student progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
  • An Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • A current license as a DHH Teacher in Arizona
