About the Role

At Big O Tires, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any issues or problems that need to be addressed.
  • Tire and Fluid Services: Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs, as well as fluid changes and maintenance.
  • Diagnostic Services: Use advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and repair complex vehicle problems.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive company vehicles.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a background check.
  • Mechanical Aptitude: Must have a strong mechanical aptitude and be able to learn and apply new skills and technologies.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with customers and team members.
