We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northfield Retirement Community. As a LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, working 2:30pm - 11pm with every other weekend required. You will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and providing wound care. You will also be involved in developing and implementing care plans, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Requirements
  • Current Minnesota LPN license
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 35lbs
  • Ability to pass MN Background Check
