Apex Restoration DKI: We're seeking a skilled Commercial Property Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving new sales growth for our mitigation and structure business.

**Key Responsibilities:*** Establish and maintain relationships with commercial property owners and managers* Identify and pursue new business opportunities* Promote our restoration services through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, sharing your knowledge with customers to position our company as a trusted source* Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service* Travel throughout the sales area developing new relationships and sales leads* Utilize social media professionally to build brand awareness and engage with customers* Plan and organize networking luncheons and presentations* Be accountable for being on-call* *Required Skills and Qualifications:* Experience in sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry* Clean driving record and valid driver's license* Eligibility to work in the US* Ability to pass background checks and drug screens* Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Power Point, Word)* Organizing and planning skills* *Compensation:* Salary $40,000/yr, plus commission Potential to earn an annual income of $100,000 or more Health/Vision/Dental/Aflac Paid Time Off Company vehicle provided Fuel card Required monies for events Computer Cell phone reimbursement ($50 per month)
