About UsCarrier Enterprise is a leading national distributor of residential and light commercial HVAC products, parts, and supplies. Our company serves licensed HVAC/R dealers and contractors across 28 states, Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Latin America, Mexico, and Canada.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Branch Sales Associate to join our team in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and support to HVAC/R professionals and contractors who visit our location.
You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for the right HVAC/R products and supplies. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer transactions, including invoices, returns, and warranty claims.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions, including invoices, returns, and warranty claims.
- Process customer orders accurately, ensuring that all requested items are available, properly priced, and invoiced correctly.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment and components.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor, conducting regular inventory counts and reporting any discrepancies to the store manager.
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent with one (1) year experience. Prior forklift certification is preferred. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this position.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time opportunity, with the possibility of part-time positions available as well.
