Home Improvement Specialist Role at Groundworks

We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Sales Representatives to join our team in the Knoxville, TN area. As a Sales Representative at Groundworks, you will play a crucial role in partnering with homeowners to diagnose issues and recommend solutions through our foundation repair and water management services.

About the Job

  • Earn an average annual earning potential of $200,000-$300,000
  • Pursue pre-qualified, high-quality sales leads with no cold-calling required
  • Develop and maintain a book of business utilizing warm leads
  • Diagnose and educate homeowners on issues in their homes and provide solution options
  • Closing sales with customers in the home
  • Maintaining relationships with customers while tracking sales lead pipeline

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel within sales territory to conduct in-home inspections
  • Utilize company-provided technology and training programs to deliver exceptional results
  • Estimate repairs and provide homeowners with generated job proposals

Requirements

  • Full-time position
  • Remote & Onsite: Reporting into and working remotely of Branch location
  • Servicing area within territory

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required
  • Experience in commission-driven sales, business-to-consumer and/or in-home sales is a plus
  • Entrepreneurial attitude focused on driving performance and customer service and satisfaction
