Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Disaster Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for creating and managing estimates, job in the residential, commercial, and industrial lines of business.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage accurate floor plans in Xactimate Sketch;
  • Develop quality and competitive estimates using Xactimate software;
  • Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and budgets;
  • Manage work through completion, reviewing budgets and communicating progress with clients and management;
  • Review invoices and labor timely to ensure costs are included in the job costs monthly;
  • Maintain a construction schedule and work with trades and management to ensure work is completed on time;
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating or a related field;
  • Proficiency in Xactimate software and other relevant tools;
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Demonstrate a knowledge of local building codes;
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
