Construction Operations Internship Opportunity

With a rich history dating back to 1965, we specialize in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) services, including designing, estimating, material acquisition, project management, construction, emergency power restoration, system maintenance, and similar services.
About This RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Operations Intern to join our team in our corporate headquarters in Sumner, WA for Summer 2025. As a Construction Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the various phases of utility construction projects, working closely with our experienced team to actively participate in every stage of a project.

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of construction progress reports, re-projections, and project-related files
- Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including management, customers, construction crews, and foremen
- Prioritize safety in all project activities
- Actively enrolled student entering their Junior or Senior year at time of internship
- Majoring in Construction Management or equivalent
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2
- Basic oral and written communication skills
- Familiarity with common word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, project management, and email software
- A willingness to travel to job sites
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning and growth
