ROLE: Safely transport materials to various clients while upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and support.
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-time, 40-50 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Enjoy weekends off and return home daily.
COMPENSATION: $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain accurate work records, logs, and timesheets.
- Conduct pre and post-trip inspections.
- Deliver loads to their destinations safely and promptly.
- Inspect securing equipment such as cables, chains, binders, and straps, reporting any defects to the supervisor.
- Ensure all materials are secured properly to comply with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials, coordinating with team members as needed.
- Wear company-issued Personal Protective Equipment at all job sites.
- Collaborate in a team environment, assisting supervisors and colleagues in their duties.
CORE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possession of a Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
- Current and valid medical certification.
- Thorough understanding of DOT driving laws and regulations.
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Able to regularly lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 70 pounds.
- Capable of participating in team lifts for objects weighing between 70 and 150 pounds and maneuvering items up to 150 pounds.
