Position: Bus Driver/Floater

We are in search of energetic and compassionate individuals to enhance our team. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

As a teacher, you will design and implement engaging, creative activities aligned with our educational standards. You will support children in achieving developmental milestones, conducting observations, and assisting with academic tasks or remote learning. It is essential to maintain a safe and nurturing environment for both children and their families. Active supervision of activities and regular communication with children, parents, and colleagues are key components of this role.

Bus drivers are responsible for the safe transportation of children to and from school, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations. They must ensure the safety of the vehicle and foster positive relationships with the schools we serve. During the summer months, drivers may also supervise field trips and serve as the primary educator during these outings. When not engaged in driving duties, drivers will take on floater responsibilities.

Floaters will be assigned to various classrooms as needed, implementing lesson plans created by other educators while being adaptable to the day's requirements. Regular scheduling will be provided, covering diverse areas within the center.

Compensation

We offer competitive salaries based on educational background and experience in the field.

Work Schedule

The typical hours for this position are approximately 2:30 PM to 7:30/8:00 PM during the academic year. Candidates must be able to fulfill these time commitments. Please note that this position is not remote.
