Job Summary

The CDL Shuttle Driver is responsible for safely transporting employees to and from assigned locations, adhering to contractual requirements and Department of Transportation standards. This role requires a valid CDL A or B with Passenger Endorsement and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate an assigned shuttle bus on a designated transportation route
  • Ensure the safe loading and unloading of passengers, including those with special needs
  • Inspect vehicles regularly to identify any unsafe conditions or maintenance issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Direct traffic, position barricades, and arrange for towing service when necessary
  • Maintain and enforce bus evacuation plans and coordinate evacuation activities as needed
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid CDL A or B with Passenger Endorsement
  • Customer service experience and 1 year of similar work experience preferred
