Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Daniel J. Edelman, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily activities of our influencer marketing team and executing small to mid-sized influencer programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support campaign execution, including identification, vetting, outreach, and management of influencer partnerships
  • Draft influencer contracts and briefing materials for internal review and approval
  • Communicate directly with talent and agents to facilitate campaign logistics
  • Review talent content to ensure guidelines are met
  • Support daily team activities, such as developing internal and client meeting agendas, recaps, and key takeaways
  • Contribute to program recaps and reporting
  • Support all influencer contracts, payments, and POs
  • Distill actionable insights from the influencer landscape for our brands and work with our analytics team to measure the impact of influencer programming and deliver client reports
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Candidate must be of legal drinking age (21+) by date of employment, due to the alcohol brands this hire would support
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 6 months' internship experience in Communications and/or related fields
  • Proven understanding of influencer marketing and the role influencers play in driving impact and awareness for a brand
  • Strong writing skills and ability to interact with internal teams professionally, and maintain relationships with influencers, agents, and managers
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work effectively across a specific set of accounts or campaigns
Desired Skills and Experience

Experience in influencer marketing, including maintaining relationships with influencers and management agencies, executing small and large influencer programs from start to finish. Knowledge of influencer tools or influencer marketing platforms such as Captiv8, Traackr, etc. Ability to learn and support on all executional steps of the influencer programming process (i.e., identifying influencers, vetting influencers, drafting contracts, etc.).
