We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Representative II - Night Auditor to join our team at the Navy Exchange. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Process transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations.
  • Utilize the Property Management System (PMS) to access guest information, retrieve reservation details, and make changes as needed.
  • Verify registration information, secure credit cards for incidental expenses, and authorize room charges.
  • May be required to relocate guests to different rooms, handle lost and found items, and assist with maintaining inventory and supplies.
  • Ensure the security and safety of all guests, including handling wake-up calls and maintaining a clean and safe lobby area.
Requirements
  • One year of general office clerical experience, with a focus on customer service and front desk operations.
  • Specialized experience in lodging operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
