Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop learning strategies and programs that meet the needs of our field operations teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality training content that drives knowledge retention and application.
  • Manage and maintain our Learning Management System (Pollo Zone) to ensure seamless user experience and content updates.
  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to inform training program design and delivery.
  • Develop and deliver e-learning courses, workshops, and other training assets that meet the needs of our field operations teams.
  • Film and edit training videos as needed to ensure high-quality content that meets our standards.
  • Maintain digital asset management, including file management and distribution, to ensure easy access to training resources.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project briefings and updates are communicated effectively.
  • Track and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Train stakeholders on how to use learning technologies to enhance their learning experience.
  • Work with technical teams to troubleshoot problems reported by users and ensure seamless system functionality.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an Instructional Design role or relevant experience.
  • An AA degree is required, but a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus.
  • Possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • High level of proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office Suite applications, HTML, Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Video Editor, animation software, customized database applications, and internet research tools.
  • Ability to establish and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Ability to read, write, and interpret complex reports, documents, and correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business partners.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan work assignments and work under pressure of frequent and tight deadlines.
