Job Title: Management Analyst III

Nationwide IT Services, a CVE-verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Management Analyst III to provide support to the Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control (HCFAC) Division.

Job Summary:

The primary duty of this position is to anticipate and relieve the executive of administrative functions, ensuring seamless operations and efficient decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties for executive management, including administrative tasks, appointments, calendars, schedules, and customer service.
  • Manage mail, correspondence, and reports, as well as internal and external contract work.
  • Prepare meeting materials, interact with staff, and arrange meetings and travel coordination.
  • Utilize advanced computer skills, including Microsoft suite products, and internet research skills.
  • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, handling confidential and time-sensitive material.
  • Prepare daily briefing materials for leadership and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to multitask, meet quick turnaround deadlines, and maintain professionalism in high-pressure environments.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a Federal agency, HHS preferred.
  • Candidates who have completed the HHS security clearance process and onboarding are preferred.
  • Significant experience working as an Executive Assistant for a high-level executive (minimum eight (8) years of related work experience).
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and scheduling using Zoom and Teams.
  • Visio and meeting arrangements.
  • Proofreading for typos, grammar, and content.
