Role SummaryWe are in search of a qualified and experienced Clinical Lead for our Community Support Team. This position entails overseeing daily operations, ensuring the provision of exceptional, client-focused care. The ideal candidate will possess a robust clinical background, experience in community-based services, and a strong inclination towards leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Oversight: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the Community Support Team, fostering a collaborative and nurturing environment.
- Client Assessments: Conduct and supervise comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health, addressing psychosocial, emotional, behavioral, and developmental aspects.
- Treatment Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with clients' needs and aspirations, guiding team members in effective intervention strategies.
- Therapeutic Services: Manage a small caseload, offering evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all CST services adhere to the highest standards of care, agency policies, and legal requirements.
- Team Coordination: Facilitate seamless care coordination within the CST and with external service providers.
- Documentation: Oversee the maintenance of accurate and timely documentation by the team, ensuring compliance with agency policies.
- Crisis Management: Lead the team in addressing crisis situations, providing necessary interventions to ensure client safety.
- Client Advocacy: Advocate for clients' needs within the community, collaborating with external agencies and service providers.
- Professional Development: Promote ongoing professional growth for CST members through training and supervision.
- Licensure: Must possess a valid clinical license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent) in North Carolina.
- Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a community-based or outpatient environment, including supervisory experience.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills, proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, and excellent leadership abilities.
- Cultural Competence: Ability to effectively engage with diverse populations.
- Technology: Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ethical Commitment: Adherence to professional ethical standards.
This role involves working in an outpatient setting with potential community-based interactions, requiring effective management of a caseload and team leadership across various locations.
