About the Role

At SESLOC Credit Union, we're committed to delivering exceptional financial services to our members. As a Member Services Representative, you'll play a vital role in achieving our branch goals by providing top-notch support and guidance to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loan Origination and Review: Originate loan applications, review loan files to ensure completeness, and maintain contact with members to ensure loan process steps are completed.
  • Member Account Services: Provide information about share application processes, credit union products, and services, and complete all required steps in the account opening and closing process.
  • Financial Education and Promotion: Educate and promote credit union ancillary products, and assist members with loan payments, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Account Maintenance and Support: Perform member account maintenance, support members with fraud disputes, and respond promptly to member inquiries.
  • Branch Support: Assist branch management with monthly and quarterly audits, and support remote access for members.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A High School Diploma or GED and one to three years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and computer skills, with a passion for sales and a commitment to fostering sound relationships with others.
  • Certifications and Registrations: Registered or qualified to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), and maintain annual registration requirements.
