Job Summary

Pacific Premier Bank is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Bank Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch banking services to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services, making recommendations and referrals to clients based on their needs.
  • Work collaboratively with branch management and other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including opening new accounts, processing loan applications, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of banking experience, including customer service and sales.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products and services, as well as sales and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals.
