As a key member of the MAPFRE Insurance team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to enhance state growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve pricing and underwriting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute state strategies and drive business growth
Lead the development and implementation of state pricing, underwriting, and regulatory filings
Manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a specialized field
9+ years of experience in insurance product management, with a focus on personal lines
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful products and underwriting programs
