Program Manager for Inclusive Excellence

Job Summary:
The Program Manager for Inclusive Excellence will report directly to the Associate Chief Officer for Inclusive Excellence and be responsible for managing and coordinating the learning development for inclusive excellence, managing recruitment and retention programs and services, assessment, facilitating training and developing/enhancing partnerships for the enterprise.
This role will also coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of data and metrics related to inclusive excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to create, maintain, and respond to national trends and critical partnerships and establish best practices in academic health care related to self-awareness, self-development, and organizational values.
- Conduct and coordinate best practices, needs assessments, and gap analysis to identify and prioritize areas for improvement.
- Support training and intercultural leadership team, multiple advisory councils, pathway programs, and others as assigned/created.
- Coordinate and oversee the evaluations and program framework to provide data and survey outcomes for the timely reporting process for the TIE Team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff, interns, and team members involved in inclusive excellence programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in related work areas (to include but not limited to training, assessment, strong communications skills, workshop/seminar development, and facilitation).
- This is an in-person full-time position.
