Program Overview

Next Move Healthcare invites newly graduated registered nurses and those looking to transition back into acute care to apply for our comprehensive StaRN Residency Program. This program is designed to bridge the gap between academic training and real-world job responsibilities through intensive training and mentorship.

Qualifications:

  • Recent graduate nurse or nurse transitioning back to acute care; associate degree holders welcome.
  • Must pass the NCLEX-RN prior to the start of the residency program.
  • Commitment to a two-year, full-time employment contract with Next Move Healthcare upon completion of the program.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
