Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sr. Call Center Representative to join our team at Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance Company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and log telephone inquiries and requests in a daily journal
  • Process miscellaneous changes in the SurePower Innovation system
  • Remotely access county staff's system sessions and provide guidance on system navigation and processing requirements
  • Process daily system tasks and report errors and technical issues to management
  • Task changes and reminders to county staff and underwriting department as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum of one year call center operator experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
