Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at ABM Industries. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Prospect for new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and lead generation.
- Research and analyze customer needs to create customized sales proposals.
- Collaborate with internal operations and sales support teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Manage and maintain a database of prospects and clients using Salesforce.
- Effectively manage assigned budget and track sales performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of service sales experience, including finding, qualifying, and closing new business.
- Experience with facility services, janitorial, commercial real estate, or related field strongly desired.
- Strong writing and presentation skills, with ability to create compelling sales proposals.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office and Salesforce or similar CRM.
