Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Credit Service Representative to join our team. As a Credit Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving problems related to their credit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email about Xactus' services.
  • Fulfill client verification requests with third-party creditors, via phone, email, or fax.
  • Assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Xactus' products, services, and policies to ensure accurate and consistent communication to the customer.
  • Liaise with other departments within Xactus to handle requests and queries from customers effectively.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and secure handling of confidential information.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Continually identify ways to improve customer service experience and participate in creating and implementing them.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services or credit services industry.
  • Strong understanding of credit services and regulations preferred.
  • Experience in a call center environment helpful.
